Local pickup and return is included with $500+ in approved repairs within 10 driving miles of our operating location, for vehicles that can safely be driven.
We collect your vehicle and return it after service. Send us your location and vehicle details so we can confirm eligibility.

If you choose diagnosis only or approve less than $500 in repairs, these pickup charges apply. If your approved repairs qualify for the offer, the local pickup charge is waived.
Diagnosis is $175 separately and does not count toward the repair minimum. Any pickup charge is included in your estimate and confirmed before pickup.
Distance is measured from our operating location to your vehicle. Trips beyond 10 miles and towing are quoted individually. A courtesy wash is included with completed repairs.
Do you wash the car?
We include a courtesy wash with completed repairs. Let us know if you would prefer us to skip it.
How do I book a job?
Call us or send a service request with your vehicle details and what you need done. We’ll follow up, discuss the work, and confirm an appointment. The form alone doesn’t reserve a time.
What areas do you cover?
We serve Orange County by appointment. Send your city and vehicle details so we can confirm availability and any pickup charges. Las Vegas is planned; an opening date has not been announced.
Can I drop by?
We work by appointment and primarily arrange vehicle pickup and return. Contact us first; we’re not offering walk-in visits.
What if my car won’t run?
Let us know before arranging pickup. Pickup doesn’t automatically include towing; we’ll discuss how to get the vehicle to us.
Can you give me a price?
The diagnostic fee is $175. Repair costs and any pickup or return charges are confirmed before you authorize the work.
Do you need my VIN?
Yes. The full 17-character VIN and current mileage are required so we can check vehicle specifications and parts.
Can I send photos or a video?
Yes. The form accepts up to four photos or short videos, with a 10 MB limit per file and 20 MB total. Send images related to the job and leave out personal documents or payment details.
